With over 40 years in specialty cleaning and restoration, Clayton Barry's journey began in Vancouver, B.C., working in his father's carpet cleaning business. After migrating to San Francisco in the late '60s, he honed his skills with national advertising agencies and as a regional marketing manager at United Airlines. In 1979, Clayton founded a niche-focused restoration company, achieving notable success. Joining a leading franchise system in 2006, he earned accolades, including the "CEO Award."

Clayton sold his business in 2018 to pursue his passion for consulting and coaching, guiding businesses in creating a solid culture and transforming customers into clients-for-life.
